Terms governing Cognitive Neurons desktop vault overview consultations and inheritance record services in Hong Kong.

Acceptance
By enquiring about or booking consultations with Cognitive Neurons (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Services
We provide informational and documentary consultations: desktop vault overviews, account segmentation mapping, inheritance record packs, and record refresh visits related to family crypto account documentation. We do not custody assets, execute trades, provide investment advice, or practise law or regulated financial advice unless separately licensed and expressly stated in a written engagement.
Appointments and scope
Scope, fees, and location are confirmed in writing before work begins. Changes to disclosed account lists during a session may require additional time or a follow-up visit at stated fees.
Intellectual property
Session templates and written methods remain our intellectual property. Finished record packs prepared for you may be retained and used by you for personal estate planning. You may not resell our templates as a competing service.
Client responsibilities
You warrant that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to discuss the accounts included. You must not send seed phrases or full password lists by unsecured email. You remain solely responsible for safeguarding recovery material.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, we are not liable for loss of assets, exchange failures, inheritance disputes, or reliance on documents after you alter them. Our aggregate liability arising from a consultation is limited to the fees paid for that consultation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

Site content is general information. Forms submit to a processing endpoint for enquiry handling; availability is not guaranteed uninterrupted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
