Family Desktop Vault Overview

A half-day desk session that inventories known crypto accounts, separates them by purpose and access holder, and drafts an inheritance-ready record pack.

Who it is for

Households in Hong Kong who hold crypto across more than one wallet or exchange, and want a single, readable overview before a will update, a move abroad, or simply because the next of kin is not a trader. Couples, adult siblings coordinating a parent’s holdings, and sole holders preparing an executor pack all use this session.

What you leave with

A written inventory of accounts you disclose (exchange names, wallet labels, custody type — not seed phrases on the same sheet).
A segmentation map: spending, long-term store, joint access, and any business-linked holdings kept apart.
An inheritance record draft that tells an executor where to look and who holds access, without putting recovery secrets in open prose.
A short checklist of gaps (missing labels, unsigned device inventories, outdated exchange emails).

What we do not do

We do not take custody of assets, trade on your behalf, give investment advice, or store your seed phrases. We do not replace a solicitor. Legal wording for wills and trusts remains with your counsel; we prepare the factual vault overview they can attach or reference.

How the session runs

Brief intake (before the day): you list known venues and who currently holds devices or passwords.
Desk inventory: we walk each account category, confirm labels, and note access holders.
Segmentation: we group holdings so an heir can see purpose without reconstructing your trading history.
Record draft: we write the inheritance-facing summary and review it with you before you leave.
Handoff: you receive paper and a digital PDF; we keep no copy of secrets.

Preparation

Bring device inventories (model and location only), exchange account emails, and the names of people who already share access. Do not email seed phrases or full password lists beforehand. If a home visit is preferred, ensure a private table and that minors or staff who should not overhear access details are elsewhere for the working portion.

Timeline and location

Most overviews finish in one afternoon at our Kowloon Bay desk. Home visits within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and selected New Territories addresses are available by arrangement. Complex multi-generation holdings may need a follow-up Record Refresh Visit.
