Data we collect

• Enquiry form fields: name, email, optional consultation interest, message content
• Appointment scheduling details you provide
• Session working notes required to produce documents you request
• Technical logs such as IP address and basic browser data when analytics cookies are accepted

We do not request seed phrases or private keys through the website. Please do not include them in form messages.

Purposes

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver consultations, issue invoices, improve site usability (with consent for analytics), and meet legal obligations.

Legal bases

Where the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and applicable principles apply, we rely on voluntary provision for enquiries, contractual necessity for booked work, and consent for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Enquiry emails are retained up to 24 months after last contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Working notes containing account labels are retained only as long as needed to complete agreed deliverables, then deleted or returned per your instruction. We do not archive your recovery secrets.

Sharing

We use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Solicitors or family members receive documents only when you ask us to send them.

International transfers

Hosting or email processors may store data outside Hong Kong. We take reasonable contractual and organisational steps appropriate to the transfer.

Your rights

Children

Services are directed at adults arranging household records. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this site.
