Why this work exists

Crypto holdings rarely sit in one neat place. A parent may keep cold storage in a drawer, an adult child may watch an exchange for them, and nobody writes down which login belongs to which purpose. When illness or travel intervenes, relatives face locked devices and contradictory memories. Cognitive Neurons grew from desk-side work with households in Kowloon Bay who needed inheritance records that a non-trader could follow.

What we believe

Access secrets and public records must stay separated. An executor needs venue names, labels, and who holds the key material — not a single sheet that doubles as a theft invitation. We favour paper clarity over clever diagrams. Sessions move at the pace of the household, not a checklist race.

How we work

Sessions are appointment-only at Skyline Tower, 39 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, or at a private home table when preferred. We listen first, inventory second, write third. You keep every document; we do not retain seed phrases or password lists. Where a solicitor is already involved, we can format the pack so it sits beside will instructions without pretending to be legal advice.

People and place

Cognitive Neurons is a small Hong Kong practice focused on family crypto account segmentation and inheritance record keeping. Our clients are residents and overseas Hong Kong families coordinating holdings across time zones. We speak plainly in English; Traditional Chinese document summaries are available when scoped at the outset.
